Chicagoland's Real Estate Market Update August 2022
This month indicates that Naperville is a fairly balanced market, with advantages to offer to both buyers and sellers. While prices have held steady for close to a year, we'd expect them to start creeping up if the declining inventory trend continues. All of these changes affect home values, including yours.
𝐇𝐀𝐙𝐄𝐋 𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐓
In June 2022, Hazel Crest home prices were up 20% active listing compared to last month selling for a median price of $275,000. On average, homes in Hazel Crest sell after 13 days on the market. There were 100 homes sold this month.

In June 2022, Grant Park home prices were up 10% active listing compared to last month selling for a median price of $300,000. On average, homes in Grant Park sell after 14 days on the market. There were 23 homes sold this month.
