This month indicates that Naperville is a fairly balanced market, with advantages to offer to both buyers and sellers. While prices have held steady for close to a year, we'd expect them to start creeping up if the declining inventory trend continues. All of these changes affect home values, including yours.
𝐒𝐊𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐄In September 2022, the median listing home price in Skokie, IL was $379.9K, flat year-over-year. The median listing home price per square foot was $229. The median home sold price was $360K.
In September 2022, the median listing home price in Lincoln Park was $675K, trending up 9.9% year-over-year. The median listing home price per square foot was $375. The median home sold price was $654.9K.
