Chicagoland's Real Estate Market Update 2022
This month indicates that Naperville is a fairly balanced market, with advantages to offer to both buyers and sellers. While prices have held steady for close to a year, we'd expect them to start creeping up if the declining inventory trend continues. All of these changes affect home values, including yours.
𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐍 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊
In August 2022, Lincoln Park home prices were up 10.5% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $629K. On average, homes in Lincoln Park sell after 53 days on the market compared to 18 days last year. There were 528 homes sold in August this year, down from 660 last year.

𝐇𝐘𝐃𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊
In August 2022, Hyde Park home prices were up 14.1% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $230K. On average, homes in Hyde Park sell after 60 days on the market compared to 18 days last year. There were 99 homes sold in August this year, down from 116 last year.
