Time to spread some holiday cheer and dive into another fantastic month in real estate. Last month was a winner! Here's a glimpse of what's happening in DuPage County: Home prices are up by a solid 7.7% from last year, with a median price of $330K. Homes are flying off the market in just 17 days on average, compared to 19 days last year. While we saw 1,448 homes sold in October this year, a slight dip from 1,599 last year. 🏡📈
