When I embarked in the journey of finding a home, I had no idea what was involved in the process. I have to say that meeting Sophia was a blessing. She discovered what my needs were at the time and made recommendations based upon that. She made sure I was 100 % satisfied with any decision before we proceeded to the next step. Her knowledge of the Chicago Land Area made it very easy for me to keep an open mind of the areas I wanted to live. She worked very closely with my Loan officer to ensure that I get the desired rate, as a matter of fact I encountered a HUGE issue where as the loan officer was going to close me at a higher rate. Because of Sophia I closed at a1% lower rate than what the loan officer offered. I couldn't be happier with the service that Sophia provided me. She held my hand and guided me through the entire process and I feel like she looked out for me like she would a family member. for that I'll forever be grateful.
