Chicagoland's Real Estate Market Update September 2021
In August 2021 the real estate market in Hazel Crest consisted of 92.6% Traditional homes sales. That is an increase over July 2021 of 1.4%.
Higher percentages of traditional home sales allow the home prices in the market to rise, whereas, higher percentages of short sales and foreclosures drag the market prices down. The more foreclosures and short sales that are on the market, the lower the overall market prices will be, even for traditional homes.
Homes in Hazel Crest, IL, are on the market on average after 84 days. The medium days' trend in Hazel Crest, IL since last month has increased and since last year has decreased somewhat. Frankfort's home prices were up to sell for a median price of $169.5K. On average, homes in Frankfort sold 113 on the market with an active list of 257.
