The road is calling! I'm so excited about a road trip this fall, and this time of year, there are some amazing day trips in (and around) Chicagoland! Exploring our community is one of my most favorite things to do! So, here's my top 5 list of the road trips I want to take this fall:
🍃 New Buffalo, MI – The beaches of southwest Michigan rival the Florida coast.
🍃 Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore – Despite its name, Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore offers more than sand and surf.
🍃 Galena, IL – Known for its wine tasting and shopping, Galena makes an excellent one-day or weekend getaway.
🍃 Amish Country, IN – The 90-mile Heritage Trail takes you through seven Amish communities, where you’ll see old and new side by side.
🍃 Fennville, MI – The climate in Michigan does wonder for fruit like apples, peaches, and cherries.
