Chicagoland’s Real Estate Market Update for April 2023

This month indicates that Naperville is a fairly balanced market, with advantages to offer to both buyers and sellers. While prices have held steady for close to a year, we'd expect them to start creeping up if the declining inventory trend continues. All of these changes affect home values, including yours.

DuPage County

In March 2023, DuPage County home prices were down 3.1% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $315K. On average, homes in DuPage County sells after 70 days on the market compared to 26 days last year. There were 534 homes sold in January this year, down from 845 last year.
