Chicagoland’s Real Estate Market Update for April 2024

Hey 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝! Real estate last month was amazing!

Here’s our 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞. 🙌

In March 2024, DuPage County home prices were down 3.1% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $315K. On average, homes in DuPage County sells after 70 days on the market compared to 26 days last year. There were 534 homes sold in January this year, down from 845 last year.
