In February 2026, Naperville home prices rose 5.8% compared to last year, reaching a median price of $400K. Homes in Naperville are taking longer to sell, averaging 60 days on the market, compared to just 10 days last year. This February saw 100 homes sold, down from 220 during the same time last year.
