In January 2026, Naperville home prices rose 5.8% compared to last year, reaching a median price of $444K. Homes in Naperville are taking longer to sell, averaging 63 days on the market, compared to just 17 days last year. This January saw 126 homes sold, down from 223 during the same time last year.
