Hereโ€™s the latest Real Estate Market Update for Hyde Park ๐Ÿ™Œ

In June 2024, Hyde Park home prices were down 6.5% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $558K. On average, homes in Hyde Park sell after 77 days on the market compared to 38 days last year. There were 4 homes sold in June this year, down from 6 last year.
