
Remote Transaction Coordinator
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Coordinate the functions and activities related to YCLL’s existing and future real estate transactions. Provide oversight, support to the Real Estate Specialists and the outside contractors/agents to ensure efficient and appropriate execution of the transaction. Ensure transactions documents and processes are in compliance with all pertinent company policies and requirements.
Meets company goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable real estate regulations, division and company requirements, policies, and procedures. Supports YCLL's mission, vision, core values, and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the YCLL Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy requirements.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take the listing from contract to closing when a buyer’s offer to purchase a property has been accepted by the seller you are under contract. Coordinating with the title escrow process and the mortgage loan and appraisal processes. Help facilitate buyer inspections and repair negotiations. Handle moving schedules for when the buyer takes possession of the house. Take care of sale follow-ups. Work through all the contingencies in the contract in order to achieve the successful sale of the house. Transaction Coordinator
- Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement or lease agreement to closing
- Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loans , inspection and appraisal processes
- Regularily update and and maintain communication with all stakeholders
- Submit all necessary documentation for file compliance
- Coordinate moving and possesion schedules
- Schedule, coordinate and attend clossing process
- Insput all client information into client database system
- Schedule all 30 day, 90 day & 120 day clientcustomer service follow up to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals
- Coordinate all inspection sand repair cheduling & notify all stakeholders
- Keep a record of all communications with all stakeholders
- Other Duties as assigned
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Responsible for driving the YCLL's culture through values and customer service standards.
- Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
- Develop and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
- Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all stakeholders in a timely manner.
EDUCATION:
Associates Degree in Business, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Desired
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3 years experience in residential and commercial real estate brokerage or corporate lease
- Experience in project management preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ensures the accuracy of information and lease data in the database management system.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to understand, interpret and abstract complex Real Estate terminology.
- Relevant experience in a fast paced, multi-project, operational environment.
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing. Strong presentation skills.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft’s Office Suite , Google Suite as well as using Real Estate Management Software
