Spring is officially here, meaning it's time for egg hunts, annual fests, Easter Bunny selfies, and pastel-tinted everything. We rounded up six events happening in Chicago that your little bunnies will love this Easter season—from underwater egg hunts (don't forget your goggles!) to the annual celebration at Kohl Children's Museum.
Here are my top 3 Easter Egg Hunts + Easter Bunny Stops in 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 and what I love most about each one! 🙌🙌
📍 Pool Egg Hunt at Sheridan Park– Suit up for a one-of-a-kind hunt at Sheridan Park's public pool. Thanks to the Chicago Park District, little one's ages three to 12 can hunt for Easter Eggs at the bottom of the pool—all you have to do is show up in proper swim gear (and waterproof bunny ears, if you'd like).
📍 Eggstravaganza at Palmer Park – Bunny hop on over to Palmer Park for an egg hunt, crafts, face painting, egg races, and more.
📍 Little Beans Cafe Easter Party– Nom on pizza and listen to music after you hunt for eggs at Little Beans' Easter celebration. Kids can also snap a photo with the Easter Bunny, and a complimentary copy will be emailed to all attendees!
📍 Brunch with the Bunny at Hale Park – Want to actually eat some eggs instead of hunting them? Don't miss brunch with the Easter Bunny himself at Hale Park complete with all the breakfast favorites, art projects, and music.
📍 Kohl Children's Museum Egg Hunt at Habitat Park – Want a one-year membership to Kohl Children's Museum? Well, that is just one of the many things you can find inside the colorful eggs at the Habitat Park Egg Hunt! Little ones will excitedly scurry around the grounds in hopes of finding sweet treats, gift cards, and more. Just a fair warning: each child may collect a maximum of six candy-filled eggs, and then they can select one prize egg to keep.
