As of April 2026, the DuPage County housing market is showing steady demand and continued stability. Home values remain strong, with median prices staying in the mid $380K to low $400K range, reflecting healthy year over year growth.
Buyer activity is still consistent this spring, especially for well priced homes in desirable school districts and commuter friendly neighborhoods. Inventory remains relatively tight, which continues to support strong seller conditions in many areas.
Homes are spending a moderate amount of time on the market, with properly priced listings still moving faster than average. Overall, DuPage County remains a balanced but slightly seller favored market as we move deeper into spring 2026.
